When we were kids my brother and I would scat and groove over any beat and pretend to have our own radio show. In Panama City Fla there were only a.m. stations for a long time and the only real soul radio/ black radio was a two hour show on Saturday at noon with C.C. "C.C.". The Chocolate Chip and he would spin the latest and great hits of Soul R&B and Funk and Jazz for the many brother and Sistahs of P.C.
